Later tonight I’ll be heading out for a special Valentine’s Day dinner, but before I do I wanted to ask you a question…
Do you really love your customers, clients, patients or whoever it is that you serve in your business?
Of course, we all go into business for ourselves to make more money, have the freedom we want, provide for our family and all the things that go along with it…
But when it comes to success, something I’ve found over and over again is that the truly successful entrepreneurs of the world are the ones who serve a greater purpose, a mission to change the world, improve the lives of others, and making sure when they make their exit from the world – they left it a better place than it was before.
These are the ones who truly love their customers.
They celebrate their successes, reflect on their failures, and always help push them to towards greatness.
As one of my mentor’s, the late Zig Ziglar was famously quoted as saying:
“You can have everything you want in life if you will help enough other people get what they want!”

I recently celebrated 10th year in business. In “internet years”, that’s a long time. And I truly believe that one of the biggest reasons I’ve been blessed with success is that I really do care about and love my customers.
So, on this Valentine’s Day, that’s my question… do you really love your customers, your clients, your patients, and the people you were put on this earth to serve?
