In your business, you can use this feature to segment people based on what they’re interested in.
For example, in our business, we serve coaches, consultants, experts, and other professionals who want to get their message out to a broader audience.
But not everybody needs (or wants) the same exact information at the exact same time.
Some people are at the point in their business when they want information on how to take advantage of paid traffic, while others might be interested in how to get the most out of their email lists.
Click automations allows us to easily segment people based on their interests and deliver automated follow-ups that are extremely specific to what that individual is looking for.
This level of personalization allows us to make a lot more money per person on our list.
For example, we may send out an email to our list that has a specific goal of finding out if people are interested in understanding how to use video on Facebook. And in that email, we’ll include a link that goes to a more detailed blog post on Facebook video advertising.
When the subscriber clicks on that link they will be tagged with “Facebook video advertising”, and then we can send them a sequence or broadcast with more specifics about that topic.
This is incredibly powerful because if you can reach people were they’re at, at the exact time that they’re ready for the information, you’re MUCH more likely to get great conversion rates. We all like great conversion rates because that’s where the money is made.

Audience Surveys from Directly Inside Your Emails!
Audience surveys have been around for quite some time. But until recently you had to send somebody outside of the email platform to make an audience survey work. While we still send people out of email to do longer surveys, sometimes we have a simple survey question that we want to get answered or just want feedback on what our customers like.
This type of survey is especially powerful for subscribers who open their email on their phones.
For simple surveys and customer feedback results, this new AWeber feature lets you do surveys inside your email and is an amazing way to gain leverage.
The surveys are all done through simple widgets that are dead easy to set up can help you gather amazing data from your customers.
Here’s an example:
With this widget, you can ask the customer what they think of an email, or you can ask them to grade their response on a scale of 1 to 5, or you can change the question to whatever you see fit.
All your subscriber has to do is click the image or number in the email to respond to the survey.
